Hello, I thought I would relate a very good experience my friends and I had at the Emirates Airlines Office in Philadelphia. What actually impressed us most was the patience and care of the Emirates staff. They explained baggage restrictions, meal options (some of us have specific diets), and even shared suggestions for layovers in Dubai. Each of them departed with their own reservation confirmed and knowing what to anticipate. The office was serene and professional in nature, and though there was a brief wait, it never felt rushed or hectic. We even got to laugh and have fun doing it because of how approachable the staff was. If you’re going with friends and want to get everything sorted out beforehand, I would definitely suggest going into this office. It set us up on the right note for our group trip.
